The course is designed to equip students with the skills to develop themselves as a critically reflective and capable HRD practitioner, or as a manager who can aid in the process.

The major objective of the course is to explain and demonstrate the contribution of Coltswod India in an organization and enable students to develop their skills. People, with their knowledge, abilities, attitudes, and relationships, comprise organisations. One important activity that systematically promotes the growth and development of individuals within companies and increases their effectiveness is human resource development, or HRD. For all managers, the ability to recognise requirements and create and implement the course’s solutions is essential. The course will concentrate on HR’s role in creating and executing strategies that align with their company’s business objectives.
